1. First Access to the App 0:01
- First, open the ZAPLAY app after installation
- ou will see your account dashboard. Let’s begin the initial setup.
2. Connect Ticket Permissions 0:16
- Next, grant ZAPLAY permission to access your support tickets.
- Click Allow when prompted, then close the permissions screen.
3. Authorize Sunshine Conversation 0:30
- Now authorize Sunshine Conversation.
- Click the link that appears and enter your domain to proceed with authorization.
4. Configure the Integration 1:22
- Next, open the Admin Center.
- Navigate to Apps & Integrations, then select Conversation Integrations.
- Click Create Integration and name it ‘ZAPLAY’.
5. Paste Integration Code 1:37
- Copy the webhook URL provided here: https://api.zaplay.app/webhooks/messages
- Make sure you enable ‘Full User’ ✅
- ‘Full Source’ ✅
- ‘Conversation Message’ permissions. ✅
6. Finalize Configuration 1:54
- After saving, an Integration ID will be generated.
- Copy this ID and paste it back into the ZAPLAY setup screen to complete the connection.
7. Receive and Transcribe Messages 2:14
- With setup complete, ZAPLAY is now configured to automatically receive and transcribe incoming messages.
