1. Access the installation link
Click “How to Install.”
Keep the link open (Click Here) for reference.
Click “Install.”
Select your database.
Click “Install” again.
2. How to obtain the zaplayKey
To obtain the zaplayKey, access the link opened in How to Install.
Enter the company name.
Enter the Zendesk subdomain.
Add the name, email, and phone number of a responsible contact.
A key (zaplayKey) will be generated.
3. Activate Zaplay
Copy the generated key.
Paste the key into the zaplayKey field.
You will have access to Zaplay for 7 days.
Now, simply create the Conversation Integration to enable fully automatic transcriptions. Follow the step-by-step instructions below:
1. Introduction to the Integration
Hello! Today you will learn how to create a conversation integration.
This integration is a prerequisite for installing the ZAPLAY application.
You will click the “Create Integration” button.
2. Required Information
You will need to provide the following information:
Integration name: ZAPLAY
Provided URL: https://api.zaplay.app/webhooks/messages
Full user ✅
Full source ✅
Conversation message ✅
3. Finalizing the Integration
After entering all the information, click Save.
Your integration will be ready.
4. Collect the Integration ID
Access the platform where the integration ID is available.
